Yes you can start investments in Gold and Silver Digitally at any point in time. It is quite simple and straightforward.
Digital gold and silver are online investments in gold and silver. You don’t need to physically hold the metals. Digital gold is 99.9% pure, 24 karat gold and can be bought for as little as ₹1.
Safety & security of purchasing gold online at INVULB is paramount to us. All orders are managed by our partner MMTC PAMP and packed under video camera ensuring transparency & trust in the process. We use secure logistics which specialises in delivery of high value precious goods. All deliveries are made after capturing identity proof of receiver. So yes it is evcen more safe and secure than purchasing from a Gold Shop.
When buying gold and silver, customers pay the current market rates. No extra charges are applied.

There are no specific rules for NRI customers. Currently, we do not offer delivery services outside India. For Gold/Silver investments, there is no lock-in period. To exit, one needs to submit a request through INVULB, and MMTC PAMP will facilitate the exit process, provided there are no pending engagements that could obstruct this process.
Registered users can Login to INVULB and track their orders from the "MY ORDERS" section in Profile OR from Order Status section in Menu. They can also check for the tracking details in their email/SMS.
As per Govt regulations, any customer purchasing gold worth more than Rs 2 lakhs in a day (single or multiple transactions) will need to share their PAN CARD details to process the orders. Name on invoice & PAN Card should be the same. If PAN Card is not shared, then the order will be cancelled.
Our logistics partner may request for ID proof while delivering due to the high value nature of product. The person collecting will have to share ID proof to ensure safe and correct delivery.
In the open market, Gold prices fluctuate every second. However, our partner MMTC PAMP updates the price of Gold once in the morning to maintain stability and to provide consistent buying experience to our users

PAYMENTS

All Online options for payments are available . Payments can be made through Debit & Credit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. Payments are only accepted in INR. We accept Visa | MasterCard | RuPAY | Maestro payments.
We currently do not offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders.
If for any unforeseen circumstance your transaction fails and money is debited, you will receive a refund within 2 working days if your order is not confirmed.
We currently do not accept international cards or payments instruments for security reasons.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

The time taken for delivery depends on the delivery address & Pin Code. We try to ensure that orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed before 2PM will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped next working day. Orders placed during Saturday & Sunday are shipped out on Monday. In some circumstances where the order flow is high, the orders might ship the next working day.
There are no shipping or delivery charges for orders placed on our website.
In the rare event that your order goes missing during transit, we will initiate a tracking process that lasts for 15 days. If we manage to locate your order within this period, we will proceed with the delivery as planned. However, if we are unable to track your order after this period, we will issue a full refund through the original payment method you used for the purchase.
We deliver to 12000+ pin codes across India. You can check if your pin code is serviceable by entering in the pin code section of the product page.
We do not deliver outside India at the moment.
If your order is not delivered because the Customer is not available at home after multiple delivery attempts OR Unexpected delays due to local conditions in delivery location etc, then we will initiate refund within 7 days of receiving the product back with us:
Yes, all orders are transit-insured.
In case you receive a different product, you need to contact our customer support and provide us the necessary information related to your order. You can alternatively also reach out to our partner - MMTC PAMP (1800-313-182 182 Or email at customercare@mmtcpamp.com) , with a copy to contactus@invulb.com . On receipt of your transaction details and verification at our end - the customer can opt for REFUND on Product Return as per the Refund process/policy OR get the Product Replaced with the correct product
If you pin code is showing as “not deliverable”, it means our logistics partner does not have coverage in that area. You can purchase and send to your relatives, friends or any near & dear ones and collect from them. Normal delivery process is applicable here. You only have to mention shipping address while placing the order.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS, EXCHANGE & BUYBACK

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:

  • By MMTC-PAMP: MMTC-PAMP may refuse to cancel certain orders due to reasons like price error, quantity availability, undeliverable address, risk department issues, etc. You’ll be notified if your order is cancelled fully or partially.
  • By Customer: Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment mode. Customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Product Return: We don’t accept product returns unless the delivered product is damaged. In such cases, you can request a return. The product should be unused, in its original packaging, and with the invoice. If the packaging is opened or tampered with, return won’t be accepted.
  • Gold Buyback: Yes, we buy back gold jewellery, coins, and bars through our Purity Verification Centres. Please refer to the following link to proceed with Gold Buyback details - https://www.mmtcpamp.com/sell-old-gold
  • Product Exchange: We don’t allow product exchanges.
  • If for any unforeseen circumstance your transaction fails and money is debited, you need to write to customercare@mmtcpamp.com with a copy to contactus@invulb.com. We will verify and initiate refund if we have received payment. You will receive a refund within 7 to 10 working days.

Refund Policy Simplified:

  • Products can’t be returned for a refund once purchased.
  • Refunds are issued in these cases:
    • If you cancel your order before dispatch.
    • If your order is returned to our operations centre after dispatch.
    • If delivery fails or you reject the order and it’s returned to our operations centre.
    • Customized orders can’t be cancelled or refunded.
    • If a transaction fails and money is debited, write to customercare@mmtcpamp.com with a copy to contactus@invulb.com. If we received payment, we’ll initiate a refund within 7 to 10 working days.
    • If your order gets lost in transit, we’ll try to locate it for 15 days. If found, we’ll deliver it. If not, we’ll refund the amount through the original payment mode.
    • No other refunds are provided.

Returns Policy Simplified:

  • We don’t accept product returns.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you can request a return by calling our customer care. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and with the invoice. If the packaging is opened or tampered with, we won’t accept the return. Our courier partner will collect the order from your address.
  • If you receive a different product, contact our customer service at 1800-313-182 182 or email at customercare@mmtcpamp.com After our internal review, you may return the product for a full refund or get it replaced with the correct product.
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) checks the purity of gold when buying any gold product, one must ensure that the gold jewellery/coin is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Hallmarking is a certification by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) that the gold is of a particular purity. MMTC PAMP gold and products are validated and certified by BIS.
No there is no lock in period for Gold/Silver purchases
Gold not only has a spot price, but it also has the LBMA Gold Price (London Bullion Market Association), as well as several regional prices. The LBMA Gold Price is used as an important benchmark throughout the gold market, while the other regional gold prices are important to local markets.

For Customers

There are no charges to store the digital gold/silver purchased.
All Indian Residents & Non Resident Indians are eligible to purchase INVULB products.

Yes, it is standard procedure for customers to present valid identity and ownership proof when collecting physical gold. This ensures the security and authenticity of the transaction.
In the unfortunate event of a customer’s demise during the tenure of the plan, the next of kin or legal heir can claim the gold with the necessary legal documents, including a death certificate and proof of relationship.
